Can I take phone calls from my seat?
Can I show up to any location?
Absolutely, but please remember to check the app and make sure the location you’re going to is open and has availability.
Can I leave my stuff and come back later?
While KettleSpace locations are safe and secure spaces to work, we do ask you not to leave your personal items unattended. If you need to step out for longer than 5 mins, please take your items with you to ensure there is ample space for others. Our Hospitality Managers are very busy working to ensure all Members have a great experience so please do not ask them to watch your belongings while you’re gone.
How do I connect to the WiFi?
In order to connect to the WiFi, please open the WiFi settings on your device. Find “KettleSpace” or “KettleSpace WiFi” on your available WiFi networks and then enter your username and password to connect.
How safe is the WiFi?
The KettleSpace WiFi Network is secure and all traffic is encrypted with 256-bit encryption. A VPN is a great option for Members looking for an additional layer of security while working from a KettleSpace location.
Can I bring a guest?
Currently we offer a Day Pass or a 3-Day Trial for Guests. Anyone is welcome to buy one of these for access to any location.

It’s critical that our Members feel supported when things come up. Your feedback is important to ensure you and others have a great experience. Please don’t hesitate to let the onsite Hospitality Manager know about any issue, or you can always email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll work in real time to resolve any issues you may be experiencing.
Do your locations have weekend hours?
Weekend hours are not currently available. You can easily discover which spaces are available on a specific day or time through the KettleSpace app.
Why can’t I stay after KettleSpace hours?
KettleSpace is able to offer our amazing spaces through partnerships with existing local businesses. This means sometimes our hosts will need to use their space for another purpose (an event, dinner, cleaning, maintenance). The nature of our model works because we can offer our hosts this needed flexibility. As such once KettleSpace hours have ended for the day we ask our Members to please head out so our hosts can resume their non-Kettle operations.
Where can I leave some feedback?
We LOVE feedback! Please email us at email@example.com. We’ll be deploying a review system through the app soon as well, so be on the lookout!
Can I bring outside food to all the locations?
All of our locations are different, and have different rules. Outside food is allowed at certain locations. In locations where outside food is not allowed, we enforce this policy as this could put our hosts at risk. We recommend you use the filters in the KettleSpace app to find the location that best suits your needs.
Can I bring my kids to KettleSpace?
Here at KettleSpace we strive to provide a network of comfortable cost effective inspiring spaces for our Members. Paramount to the KettleSpace experience is a quiet atmosphere where Members can focus on their work. As such, we ask all Members and their Guests (including tiny KettleSpace Cadets) to avoid activities and behaviors which are disruptive to this experience.
Are dogs allowed in your coworking spaces?
We love dogs here at KettleSpace, but we can only accommodate certified service dogs as we're operating out of restaurants and hotels.
Can I bring my service animal to your coworking spaces?
Service dogs are welcome in all KettleSpace locations. As per ADA guidelines a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. Under ADA rules, a service dog must always be under the control of its owner. Service dogs must be tethered, harnessed, or leashed unless the owner's disability prevents them from using these items or these items interfere with the dog's ability to safely and effectively perform its tasks.

Hybrid Workplace Solutions
What is a hybrid model?
A hybrid model is a mix of working remotely and working from the office, offering employees flexibility. Employees can combine these conveniently based on your company's policies.
How can we benefit from hybrid work?
How do we go hybrid?
Is going hybrid a one size fits all solution?
Hybrid work depends on employees' needs. After realizing we can work from anywhere, not everyone wants to work from the office five days a week nor work remotely five days a week. Here are some terms that can help understand different hybrid work options:
Hoteling: A concept in which you reserve a desk in the office. You are offered a different desk depending on availability. Its named for its similarity to booking a hotel room.
Hot Desk: A coworking concept, similar to a hoteling desk, except it would be in a coworking space. This desk will be available to you for a specific amount of time.
Dedicated desk: A long-term desk. You can have it for a week or longer and make it a hot desk if you’re traveling.
Third workspaces: Near home spaces such as hotels and restaurants where you can get work done and collaborate with your colleagues without commuting to the office.
