Q) Is there an Android version of the App?
Our initial app is iOS only. We will launch an Android version of the app in the near future. For now Android users can still access our web app.
Q) When will the next version of the app be released?
We continue to develop our app and new versions will be released as new functionality and features are ready for our Members. App users will get a notification when new versions are available.
Q) Do I use the app to check-in when I get to a location?
For now the app will not be required for check-in. The initial version of the app will provide information on locations including filters for amenities and occupancy levels at a given time and give you the ability to update general account settings.
Q) Why do I need to allow location settings?
When you allow location settings we can help you find the closest KettleSpace locations near you.
Q) How do I connect my LinkedIn account to the app?
- If you’re a new Member singing up for the first time you can simply connect with LinkedIn and follow the prompts.
- For existing members: Login the normal way, then go to Account -> Connect with LinkedIn. This will associate your LinkedIn account with your existing KettleSpace account
Q) Can I connect with other Members using the app?
The initial version of the app will not have connection functionality. Stay tuned for a future update when we will roll out more advanced features to allow our Members to connect through the app.
Q) Is there a limit to how many people I can refer to KettleSpace from the app?
No. Invite as many people as you want and earn credits for everyone who signs up. You will get altered whenever someone signs up when using your code.
Q) What does a team account mean?
Team accounts are for Members of a team who are using KettleSpace. Most Members are on individual plans and this feature is not relevant to their day to day usage.
Q) What are my favorites and how do I change them?
Your favorites are determined based on where you check in most often. You don’t have to do anything to change this view. We set it up as an easy way for you to view the status of those locations.
Q) Why are you tracking my check-in history?
We track your check-in history so we can alert you to service changes at those locations and to customize your app experience.
Q) Can I still use my phone and/or web browser to access KettleSpace?
Yes, you can use the web version of our app to access our site on either mobile or web. We recommend using the mobile app since it will provide a more customized experience for you.
Q) Where can I see Member specials and discounts?
At this time our Member specials and discounts are displayed when you check-in and connect to the wifi at one of our locations. In a future version of the app, we plan to incorporate deals and specials in the app.
